Christmas Afternoon Tea 2025

Christmas 2025, we bought all four of our classes together for a wonderful afternoon tea at the lovely ‘All Things Nice’ in Ewell Village. Our Pilates and Chair-Based Exercise members enjoyed a fantastic afternoon filled with tea, cake, laughter and plenty of chatting! It was such a lovely way to celebrate the festive season and spend time together outside of class.

1st Birthday!

In June 2026, we celebrated a very special milestone - Forever Fitness turned one!

To mark the occasion, we invited members from all of our classes to come together for a lovely afternoon tea. It was a wonderful opportunity to relax, enjoy delicious treats, share plenty of laughter, and celebrate the amazing community we have built over the past year.
