Forever Fitness Classes
Chair-based exercise classes – Not just sitting! This class is designed to offer gentle exercises that helps improve mobility, balance, strength and circulation while being kind to joints and suitable for all abilities. Using a chair helps build confidence, reduces the risk of falls and supports everyday movement. Alongside the physical benefits, our classes provide a warm, social environment where you can meet new people, make new friends and enjoy staying active together.
Mat Pilates classes – Pilates improves flexibility, joint mobility and gentle strength while supporting posture, breathing and core stability. It can help reduce stiffness, ease everyday aches and pains, improve balance and coordination, and build confidence in movement, all of which support maintaining independence as we age. Just as importantly, our classes offer a warm, friendly atmosphere where participants can meet new people, make friends and enjoy a sense of community in Epsom and Worcester Park, supporting both physical and mental wellbeing.
