Biography
I have always enjoyed staying active, from playing badminton to kickboxing and aerobic fitness. After many years of training, in 2020 I became a black belt kick boxer, which I am very proud of achieving. In 2015, I began teaching group exercise and earned my formal qualification in 2019.
I currently teach aqua, spin, HIIT and Low Fu Total Body Workout. I recently qualified to teach older adults fitness.
My goal is to help older adults stay strong, motivated and capable of living an independent, fulfilling life. Whilst having fun and making new friends.
Anna
Biography
I am a mat based Pilates instructor with a background in NHS Community and acute Hospital rehabilitation. I hold qualifications in exercise design and coaching for older adults and pre and post natal clients. I am also a menopause coach. My classes have elements of functional strengthening to protect joins, improve muscle strength, balance and flexibility. I set a deliberate pace and flow to my lessons to build strength and confidence in a fun, interactive and friendly environment.
