Forever Fitness - Class Terms

We want our classes to be friendly, welcoming and enjoyable for everyone. These simple terms help us run our classes smoothly and make sure everyone knows what to expect.

Classes and Prices

Chair-Based Exercise
 £10 per class – 45 minutes
Pilates Mat Class
£12 per class – 55 minutes

Term Bookings & Payment

Our classes run in terms and we ask you to book your regular place for the term.
We understand that you may already have holidays, appointments or other commitments planned during the term. If you know you are going to be away and let us know in advance, you will not need to pay for that class.
Once your classes for the term have been agreed, payment should be made for the classes you are attending.
If you subsequently miss a class that you have booked and paid for, the class is not refundable. Where space is available, you may be able to make up the missed session by attending another suitable Forever Fitness class within the same term. Please speak to us first so we can confirm there is a space.
Missed classes cannot be carried over into the following term.

Chair-Based Exercise Classes

Our chair-based classes are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for a range of abilities.
• Most exercises can be completed while seated, but there will also be the option to stand at times. Standing is always optional.
• Please wear comfortable clothes and appropriate, supportive footwear that you can safely exercise in.
• Please bring water with you.
• We will sometimes use hand weights during the class. Some people choose to use the weights and others prefer to complete the movements without holding weights – either is absolutely fine.
• We encourage everyone to work at a level that feels comfortable for them. There is no pressure to keep up with anyone else.

Pilates Mat Classes

Our Pilates classes are 55-minute mat-based sessions.
For each class, please bring:
• Your own Pilates/exercise mat
• Comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely
• Water
The classes will include a variety of Pilates exercises and movements, so please let your instructor know before the class if you have an injury or health concern that may affect your ability to exercise.

Cancellations & Longer-Term Illness

We appreciate that circumstances can change.
If you suffer an injury or illness that prevents you from exercising for an extended period, please speak to us. Longer-term medical circumstances will be considered individually, and where appropriate we may agree a credit or refund for classes already paid for.

Classes Cancelled by Forever Fitness

If we need to cancel a class and cannot provide a suitable alternative, we will offer either a replacement class, credit or appropriate refund.
Occasionally we may need to change the instructor, venue or class arrangements. We will always try to give you as much notice as reasonably possible.

Health & Safety

Everyone attending a Forever Fitness class must complete the appropriate health questionnaire/PAR-Q before participating.
Please let your instructor know about any injuries, health conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery or changes to your health that could affect your ability to exercise.
Please follow your instructor's guidance and work at a level appropriate for you. You are always welcome to take a break if you need one.
If you feel unwell, dizzy or experience unusual pain during a class, please stop exercising and tell your instructor.

Arriving for Class

Please arrive in enough time to be ready for the scheduled start of your class.
The warm-up is an important part of the session, so if you arrive significantly late, we may not be able to safely allow you to join the class.

Your Place for the Next Term

Existing customers will normally be given the opportunity to retain their regular place for the following term.
We will contact you towards the end of each term to confirm whether you would like to continue and to check whether you have any known dates when you will be away.

Finally...

Forever Fitness is about keeping active, feeling good and enjoying exercise in a friendly and supportive environment.
We want our classes to be somewhere you look forward to coming each week – with great exercise, good company and no pressure to be anything other than yourself.

Thank you for being part of Forever Fitness.
